Announcing the 2012 Annual Meeting!!! - January 28, 2012

The 2012 Annual Meeting celebrating ICMCI's 25th Anniversary will be held on October 3-6, 2012 at Disney World in Orlando, Florida, USA .

The conference venue will be the Buena Vista Palace Hotel and Spa, an award winning hotel and convention center located at the Walt Disney World complex in Orlando.  With the Disney theme parks accessible by free shuttle, enjoy the magic as soon as you arrive on the property!!!

There are multiple activities planned for participants and partners, both during the Meeting and afterwards, including private tours of "Keys to the Kingdom," a behind the scenes tour of Disney World's Magic Kingdom; Kennedy Space Center; the world's largest private collection of Tiffany, and much more.  The Disney parks and golf courses are accessible by free shuttle from the hotel, and offer enjoyment for kids of all ages!

Additionally, the IMC USA Annual Conference will be held at the same venue on October 5-6, and there are many joint events planned with their conference participants including a Gala Dinner to celebrate ICMCI's 25th Anniversary.

Please see the attached outline for the planned events of the meeting.

Post 9/11, the visa requirements for the USA are much more stringent, and for those who think they may need a visa to attend are strongly encouraged to begin the visa application process early.  In the conference outline there are slides to discuss this which include links to the US Department of State pages on visas and entry into the USA.

IMC USA will have the registration pages up by March 1, 2012, and we will send notices out to all Trustees, Chairs, and Executive Directors letting them know when the registration pages are open.

We look forward to seeing you in Orlando in the very near future!!!
