6th International Management Consultants Day Celebrations held on 26th June, 2010

“GOVERNANCE AND ROLE OF CONSULTANTS"

The National office of The Institute of Management Consultants of India celebrated International Management Consultants Day on 26th June, 2010 at the Anchorage Room, of the Royal Bombay Yacht Club. 

This day is celebrated globally in all  the member Countries of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI). The Programme co-ordinator was Mr. Anuj Bhargava, President – IMCI.  He along with Mr. S. P. Agarwal, Immediate Past President of IMCI played host to the members and industry participants.

Dr. F. C. Kohli, Former Deputy Chairman, Tata  Consultancy Services was the Key-note speaker for  the  evening and delivered the Key-note Address. He spoke on the theme “GOVERNANCE AND ROLE OF CONSULTANTS".

The International Management Consultants day Perspective was address by Dr. Aneeta Madhok, Director, Open Spaces Consulting Pvt. Ltd, and Past President IMCI and Chairperson, ICMCI. 
 
This was followed by a talk by Mr. M. K. Chouhan, Chairman - Mahendra & Young Knowledge Foundation and then Address by Mr. Mrugank Paranjape, Managing Director, Head - Domestic Custody Services, South & South East Asia, Deutsche Bank AG. And the last speaker of the day was Mr. Tim Eynon, Partner & Director, Dickenson.    

   

The vote of thanks was given by Mr. Uday Arur, Past Hon. Secretary, Bombay Chapter IMCI.

On this occasion the present Past Presidents of IMCI were honored with Flowers. The celebrations of the evening were brought to close by cocktails and dinner. The event was attended by 68 participants.
